There are 2 different levels of experience:
"Junior Techs" - fully trained but are a bit newer and offer discounts, as they should.
"Senior Techs" - have mastered all Pro Files techniques, in fact many are award winning competitors, educators and mentors!

Our acrylic repairs/polish changes are free, but have no priority in out books. (they may be moved from tech to tech to accommodate other services).

All acrylic is MMA FREE.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your service please call within a week of your visit. We do guarantee ALL of our services and although we do not offer refunds for services, we will fix it until we get it right.

Five or more nails off, and it's a full set.

Please call to cancel/change appointments, as there is a service charge for appointments not canceled within 2 hours of appointment time (50% of service).
